town33 Terms and Conditions of Use

CLAUSE 1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and town33 ("Platform"). This document governs the use of all services offered by town33 including sports betting, live casino, online slots, mix parlay and all related services available through the official town33 website.

These Terms are to be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between the User and the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise specifically stated.

CLAUSE 2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the town33 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration
• Register with personal information that is true, accurate and current
• Not have had an account previously closed or blocked due to a Terms violation
• Not register on behalf of another individual or at the direction of a third party
• Act in a personal capacity and not as an agent or representative of a business entity

Each User is only permitted to hold one active account at any time. Holding more than one account ("multiple accounts") is a serious violation that may result in the suspension of all accounts in question and the freezing of any account balances held within them.

The Platform reserves the right to verify a User's identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a copy of the identity card (MyKad), bank statement or other relevant documents. Failure to provide such documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

CLAUSE 3 Deposits and Withdrawals

town33 supports a range of local payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian Users. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30 while the minimum withdrawal is RM50. All amounts are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the payment method and security checks required. Any unexpected delays will be communicated to the User through customer support channels.

• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to an account or e-wallet in the same User's name
• Withdrawals cannot be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• The Platform reserves the right to carry out anti-fraud checks on every transaction
• Any attempt to misuse the payment process may result in account freezing

The Platform does not charge additional processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges which are outside town33's control.

CLAUSE 4 Bonuses and Promotions

town33 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

All other promotional offers held from time to time have their own terms which will be stated on the relevant promotions page. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the conditions of each promotion before participating.

• Bonuses cannot be directly withdrawn as cash — only winnings that arise from completed wagering rounds
• The Platform reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offer without prior notice
• Any attempt to abuse promotions, such as opening multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses, is prohibited
• VIP bonuses from the loyalty programme are subject to specific conditions according to each membership tier

The town33 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback benefit, ranging from 0.2% for Bronze tier up to 0.8% for Diamond members. Tier advancement depends on the User's activity and loyalty over time.

CLAUSE 5 Betting and Game Rules

All bets placed on the town33 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users are fully responsible for every bet placed through their account.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified
• The Platform reserves the right to void bets in the event of a confirmed technical error or fraud
• Any discovery of system abuse or platform vulnerabilities must be reported to customer support — exploiting such vulnerabilities is a serious violation
• The use of bots, automated software or other manipulation methods is strictly prohibited
• Bets placed by colluding players ("match-fixing") to manipulate game outcomes may result in account closure and legal action

All games available at town33 use certified random number generators to ensure fairness. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be manipulated by any party.

For sports betting and mix parlay, the odds displayed at the time of placing the bet are final. Changes in odds after a bet is confirmed will not affect bets that have already been placed.

CLAUSE 6 Account Security and Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their town33 account password and login information. The platform recommends that Users use a strong password and do not share account information with anyone.

• All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact customer support immediately
• The platform is not responsible for losses arising from a User's negligence in maintaining account security
• Users may not transfer or sell their account to another party

town33 implements multi-layered security protocols including SSL encryption, two-factor authentication and monitoring of suspicious activity to protect User accounts at all times.

CLAUSE 7 Account Suspension and Closure

The platform reserves the right to suspend or close a User's account at any time for certain reasons, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification
• Fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• Holding multiple accounts
• Unauthorised exploitation of the system or promotions
• A User's own request to join a self-exclusion programme

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Valid account balances will be returned once all wagering requirements have been met and there are no outstanding issues.

CLAUSE 8 Limitation of Platform Liability

town33 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet outages, hardware or software failures that are beyond the platform's control. The platform will work to restore services promptly in such situations.

• The platform does not provide any guarantee of profit or betting returns
• Betting results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of confirmed technical error
• The platform is not responsible for any tax implications or legal consequences that may arise at the individual User level

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or transaction, Users must contact customer support within seven days of the date of the incident. Disputes raised after this period may not be resolvable.

CLAUSE 9 Responsible Gambling

• Self-break tool: Users can choose to take a break from the platform for a set period

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support channels will be referred to a competent arbitration body.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be considered severable from the rest of the Terms and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
